Each pair of Crystal Kaos sneakers is made after you place your order. Please allow 2–14 business days for your Swoosh Edition to be handcrafted in our Sydney studio before it dispatches.

We'll send you an email update as soon as your pair is complete and on its way.

Email us before ordering and let us know your deadline. We'll confirm whether we can accommodate your timeline before you purchase.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your pair is complete, it ships via tracked postage Worldwide. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it dispatches so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship to all Australian states and territories. Standard tracked shipping is included. Express options available at Checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. The estimated delivery times are 5-20 Business days depending on your location. Express options available at Checkout.

A Note on Handmade Timelines

Every crystal is placed by hand, one at a time. Good things take time - and we'd rather take the time to do it properly than rush a pair out the door. We appreciate your patience and promise it's worth the wait.

Your Swoosh Edition is built to be worn - not just displayed. The crystals are individually set using professional grade adhesive formulated for footwear flex and movement.

With a little care, your crystals will stay brilliant for years.

Day-to-Day Wear

✦✦  These are real shoes - wear them with confidence

✦✦  Crystals are set to flex with the shoe during normal movement

✦✦  Avoid dragging the swoosh area across rough surfaces

Water & Moisture

✦✦  Avoid prolonged exposure to water - don't wear in heavy rain or puddles

✦✦  Never submerge crystal embellishment in water

✦✦  If they get lightly wet, pat dry with a soft cloth and allow to air dry naturally

Cleaning

✦✦  Wipe the crystal areas with a dry or very lightly damp soft cloth only

✦✦  Do not use cleaning sprays, solvents, or shoe cleaning products on the crystal areas

✦✦  The non crystal parts of the shoe can be cleaned as normal

Storage

✦✦  Store in the original box or a dust bag when not wearing

✦✦  Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve the adhesive

✦✦  Avoid stacking other shoes on top of them

If a Crystal Comes Loose

It's rare, but it can happen - especially if the shoe takes a knock or gets very wet. If you notice a crystal has come loose, don't panic. Contact us at hello@crystalkaos.com and we'll advise you on the best way to fix it. We send spare crystals with every order and can advise on suitable adhesive.

Will the crystals fall off?

The crystals are individually set using professional grade adhesive formulated for footwear. They're designed to flex with the shoe during normal wear. With standard care - avoiding prolonged water exposure and not machine washing - your crystals should stay put for years. If you ever have a crystal come loose, reach out and we'll help.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each pair is made to order, so please allow 2–14 business days for your Swoosh Edition to be handcrafted before it ships. We'll send you a dispatch notification with tracking details as soon as your pair is on its way. If you need them by a specific date, message us before ordering.

Can I get a different crystal colour?

Yes - we can accommodate custom crystal colour requests. Pink, aurora borealis, gold, jet black, and more options are available. Use our Custom Order form to tell us what you have in mind before purchasing and we'll confirm availability.

What size should I order?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - we ship worldwide from our Sydney studio.

What is your returns policy?

Because each pair is handcrafted to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your pair arrives and there is a fault with the craftsmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once production has begun on your pair we are unable to cancel or change the order. We begin production within 1 hour after orders are placed, so the sooner you reach out the better.

Can you embellish shoes I already own?

Yes - we offer a custom embellishment service where we work on your own items. Visit our Custom Order page to tell us what you have in mind.

How do I care for my crystal sneakers?

See the Crystal Care tab above for full care instructions. The short version: avoid prolonged water, wipe clean with a dry cloth, store in the box when not wearing.

Different Crystal Colour

The Swoosh Edition is available in crystal clear and crystal AB as standard - but we can create your pair in almost any crystal colour. Pink, rose gold, aurora borealis, jet black, sapphire, emerald - if you can picture it, let's talk.
