Absolutely - every crystal is 100% authentic. Our Preciosa® crystals are sourced directly from their head office, guaranteeing the highest standard of clarity, cut, and brilliance. Our SWAROVSKI® crystals were purchased directly from the Sydney office prior to the brand discontinuing supply to partners in October 2020 - so what you’re getting is the real thing, not a replica or substitute.

Kaos Crystals are our own range of premium glass flatback rhinestones, available in a wide selection of colours and sizes. They offer exceptional sparkle at an accessible price point, making them a brilliant choice for larger projects, DIY embellishment, nail art, and crafting - without compromising on finish or visual impact.

Every pair is made entirely by hand, to order. Please allow 1-4 weeks for production, plus your shipping time. You’ll be kept informed throughout the process - because we know the wait is the hardest part.

Our crystal sneakers are available in a range of sizes. Please refer to our Size Chart page before ordering to ensure the best fit - sizing can vary slightly depending on the silhouette.

For any surface marks, gently spot clean with a soft, dry cloth. Store them somewhere they won’t be crushed or rattled - a dust bag or box is ideal.
