Shipping policy

Order Shipping

All orders are carefully inspected, packaged and shipped via Australia Post.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day. Please note that crystal embellished sneaker orders and back-ordered items will be shipped once production is complete or stock arrives. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions and delivery location, as determined by Australia Post.

All charges are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Delivery Time — Australia

Orders placed before 1PM NSW time on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day, provided the item is in stock.

Standard Shipping — delivery times vary by location as estimated by Australia Post at checkout.

Express Shipping — next business day delivery within the Australia Post Express network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas; Perth CBD only). Regional areas outside the express network may take 2–5 business days. Express Post is a no-signature delivery service.

If you have not received your order within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact us with your full name and order number and we will follow up immediately. In most cases, an attempted delivery has occurred and your parcel is awaiting collection at your nearest Australia Post outlet.

Delivery Time — New Zealand

All New Zealand orders are sent via Standard Trackable Post with Australia Post and should be received within 3–8 business days. Express Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Delivery Time — USA & Canada

All USA and Canada orders are sent via Standard Trackable Post with Australia Post and should be received within 3–10 business days. Express Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Delivery Time — Rest of World

All international orders are sent via Standard Trackable Post with Australia Post and should be received within 5–21 business days. Express Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time via the Australia Post website.

For domestic orders — if you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a secure location at the driver’s discretion. If it cannot be safely left, a card will be provided and your parcel will be held at your local Australia Post outlet for collection.

Customs & Import Charges

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or charges incurred upon receipt of their order. We are not liable for any such costs.

We cannot be held responsible for international parcels delayed by customs and are therefore unable to guarantee delivery dates for international orders.

Returns Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refused or Uncollected Orders

If you refuse delivery of your order, or your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, a refund will not be issued as your items were custom made to order.

If your order needs to be resent due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or non-collection, the additional postage cost will be payable by you before reshipment.

Once your order has been dispatched, Crystal Kaos™ is no longer responsible or liable for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged packages, or mis-delivery errors caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately.
