Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please login into your account or contact us at hello@crystalkaos.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
